1. What is IMAGINE?
IMAGINE is the 7th Annual Excellence
Conference (EC), the biggest Catholic teaching
conference of its kind in Asia. It is a three-day,
multi-event conference that will take you to
whole new levels of leadership, discipleship and
worship. Accompanying events include a concert,
fellowship night, book signing and a Christian
book fair.
2. Why should I attend the Excellence
Conference?
You will want to come to the Excellence
Conference for many reasons:
• Exceptional training from speakers and
experts who are backed up by over 20 years
of ministry experience
• A Christian concert
• Opportunities to network with individuals from
all over the Philippines and abroad
• A Christian book fair offering a variety of
resource materials
• And most of all, a life-changing encounter with
God
3. What will I benefit from the Excellence
Conference?
The Excellence Conference is committed to help
you achieve your maximum potential for God.
You will receive tools and techniques to enhance
your leadership skills, as well as strategies
to improve your work, service and ministry
involvements.
4. Where will Excellence Conference 2006 be
held?
EC06 will be held in the Elim Global
Headquarters: #51 10th St, Rolling Hills Village,
New Manila 1112 Quezon City, Philippines.
5. How do I go about registration?
Here’s how to register:
A. Fill up the registration form.
B. Submit the form with the payment to the
EC06 sales representative or the Springs
Bookstore at the Elim Community Gathering
nearest you or mail to:

C. Get your official receipt.
D. You will receive a confirmation slip for you to
present at the conference site to claim your
EC06 kit.
You may also register over the phone at the
numbers above or online at elimglobal.org.
However, registration will be confirmed only
upon receipt of payment.
6. Will we get a discount if we register as a
group?
No. The regular conference fee is P1,600.
However, if you register early, from June 13 to
Aug 31, you pay only P1,200.
7. Can I attend the ministry conferences even if I
am not from Elim?
Yes. Ministry conferences are open to all.
8. If I have already paid for the conference but
am unable to attend, can someone else take
my place?
Yes. However, the person attending in your place
will have to pay a transfer fee of P50.
9. What time will the sessions begin?
The sessions begin at 9 AM on each of the
conference days. However, registration on Oct
6, Friday, begins at 7 AM.
10. Can I bring my children to the Excellence
Conference?
The structure and schedule of the Excellence
Conference may not be compatible for children
ages 7 and below. EC06 will not provide for
day-care services. For older children, your
discretion is advised. However, the full amount
of registration is still required.
11. Can I invite non-delegates to the concert on
Friday night?
Absolutely. The concert is free. Please be
informed that seating is on a first-come, firstserved
basis.
12. Will first aid be available in case an
emergency arises?
Yes.
13. Does the registration fee include meals?
With regard to meals, the registration fee covers
only lunch packs for all three days.
14. Will there be shuttle rides from my place of
lodging to the conference venues and back?
No.
15. Is it OK to record the talks on cassette and
video?
No. Springs Foundation, Inc reserves the right to
cover this event on audio and video. If you want
your own copy of the talks, please purchase
these tapes at the Springs Bookstore during the
event.
16. Will there be Mass on Sunday?
Yes, there will be Mass on Sunday.
17. I’m not a Catholic and I’m not a Christian but
your conference looks interesting. Can I
attend?
Please come! You are very welcome to attend.
18. Is there a dress code for this conference?
Most people will tend to wear smart/casual
clothing. You may want to bring a sweater or
jacket, as some venues of the sessions may
have cool to cold temperatures.
19. Is there a place to deposit my luggage?
Yes, but only on the day of your arrival — Oct 5
(Thursday) or Oct 6 (Friday) at the Elim Global
Headquarters.
20. Will you be selling resource materials?
Yes. The Springs Bookstore will offer a variety
of Christian literature, music and other items.
There will also be other booths offering Christian
materials.
21. What do I need to bring?
Don’t forget to bring your Bible as the speakers
will quote the Bible often. Bring your pen and
notebook or PDA so you can take down notes.
As mentioned earlier, you may want to bring
a sweater or jacket, and extra money to make
your purchases.
